Box type powder coating curing ovens 

Box type cure ovens are convection ovens that cure electrostatic powder coated workpieces at around 180-200°C, usually within 10 minutes. Oven dimensions are designed by us according to daily workpiece quantities.

The ovens are for manual operation with ground trolley, powder coated workpieces are hung on the trolley and manually transported to the curing oven. By adding an overhead conveyor to the system, advancement movement can be provided by aerial suspension.

Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used to heat furnaces.

OVEN STRUCTURE

Box type powder coating ovens consist of the oven body consisting of 150 mm thick rock wool filled sandwich panels, oven heating unit, forced circulation fan and burner heat exchanger unit for gas/diesel fueled ovens or electric heaters for electrically heated ovens. The temperature controller on the electrical panel is digital type, and there is an emergency thermostat for safety.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The air movement created by the circulation fan passes through the heating unit of the oven internal air volume, receives the heating energy with high efficiency and is pumped into the oven. Adjustable air blowing openings on the air ducts at the bottom of the oven provide homogeneous air distribution at the set temperature. In gas and diesel furnaces, the heat exchanger is made of stainless steel.
