Manual chemical pretreatment cabinet

Manual spray pretreatment cabinet

The cabin is designed for the chemical surface preparation process by degreasing iron-based or non-ferrous (aluminum) parts before painting. The process is performed entirely manually and is controlled by the operator via the PLC screen according to the process stages. Chemical, rinsing, and, if necessary, DI water rinsing stages are performed with a manual pump and spray gun separately.

This manual pretreatment cabinet, constructed from AISI304 stainless steel, sizes according to your biggest work piece and two or three-stage spray system (degreasing/phosphate, tap rinse, or DI rinse).

The unit includes an electrically heated chemical tank, a 100-bar rinse water spraying system, and automated chemical recovery via an inclined floor, designed for precise industrial surface preparation.

Waste chemical is controlled within the system, and no waste is generated.
