Overview

Powder coating system is designed by us for small tire workshops. The polymerization oven is sized to accommodate 4 pcs of 24” rims at once. Car rims, coated one by one in the powder booth, are then loaded into the oven in a single batch, completing the powder coating process for one set of car wheels.

Construction and Materials

The powder booth and oven bodies is fabricated from sheet metal, fully The powder coating booth air suction is at an effective level, and the powder coating filters are cleaned automatically with a jet-pulse cleaning system. Polymerization oven heating system is designed to bring the oven to the set temperature in a short time, using electric, gas, or diesel fuel. The conveyor system and trolleys are equipped with rotating hangers, allowing the rims to be rotated while being painted.
